My life

My life when I was in patna india, after doing my 10th in 2016. I went to patna for my further studies. When I visit institutions for my studies. There I meet someone in my life  in 11th class but  because of my shyness

It is very hard for me to talk to her. I never any girl that's why.. I litreally like but afraid of losing her as a friend after 2 months she is in relationship with someone. I felt very jealous at that time. But then I notice she is making fools two more boys at same time. In the second year of intermediate again one more girl taken admission in same institution.  I started building my bonding with her. I always call her talk with her every single day. I want to be with her before it's to late. Then my elder sister suggest me that's girls is not gud for me because of her words. I got confused and questioning myself  my sister is Wright? 

In the during of that time  I am  facing stomach problem in my intestine because of that's whatever I eat undigestiable. I visited hospital with my mum and sister. Doctor says my stomach is infected (swelling in stomach) because of eating to much fast food. I admited in hospital. After 2 months I get discharge from hospital. Again started my studies in institute. What I saw.. whom I love  she is already in a relation that's very heat breaking for me but I believe 'whatever is happening always for gud reasons'

Starbucks corporation is an American coffee company and coffeehouse chain.Current CEO of Starbucks Kevin Johnson who is quite conscious about conducting the business in an ethical manner.
I was delighted after researching about this company whether it is ethical or unethical.
The company is sweet like its coffee.
Many companies are running for profit maximization  and neglecting the consequences and impact it is creating on society.But Starbucks is shining and following different ethical aspects which is good not only for the society but also for the company.They are not the one who is extracting profit at the cost of the society,employees,workers etc.

What are the ethical aspects they are highlighting:

Starbucks social responsibility is based on three pillars :Community,Ethical sourcing and the environment.It donates 0.05 to 0.15 dollar per transaction to the non-profit partner.It also pledged to hire at least 10,000 veterans and military by 2018.It is also focusing on diversity and inclusion on the workplace.It is also providing employment to youths.Starbucks strategies are little bit different as it considers planet as the most important business partner.It is also engaged in recycling and conserving water and energy.It is trying to be environment friendly which creates a positive image in the minds of public.

According to the study 93% of people are having a positive view towards Starbucks.The employtees turnover rate is also low and the employees working there are also happy.

These CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) is increasing the reputation of Starbucks in the market.
